Using only the freshest seafood directly from the docks, NOLA Crawfish King caters a succulent seafood boil complete with corn, potatoes and all the fixings. Our specialty is CRAWFISH but we also offer SHRIMP and CRAB boils.
Know when it's the right time to book your boil!
Live crawfish can be found from January to July, but are most prevalent during March through June.
Crabs are typically available all year but are more plentiful in the warmer months and are most scarce in March.
White shrimp are caught fresh April through December. Brown shrimp are caught fresh April through February.

Shaggy just helped the Beacon of Hope and Gentilly Civic Improvement Association pull of the first annual Gentilly Crawfish Boil! With 600 lbs of crawfish, Shaggy received many compliments on the *amazing* crawfish…great flavor with just the right amount of spice! On top of that, he’s just a nice guy!!! He has done all of our boils at d.b.a. & other events I have done off premise in the past 12 years & they are always the bomb… Crawfish, crab, shrimp & seafood, big or small, he’ll handle it all.
